SCHS Valedictory Service 2024

In a historic gathering on April 24, 2024, St. Catherine High School's Pascal Hall was filled with pride as students came together for the annual valedictory service. This cherished tradition serves as a culmination of the academic year, celebrating the achievements and bidding farewell to the graduating class of 2024.

Throughout their tenure at St. Catherine High, the graduating students have exemplified excellence across a wide spectrum of activities, enriching the school's community with their talents in academics, sports, arts, and leadership. Principal Marlon Campbell reflected on their impact, stating, "We are profoundly blessed to have had such exceptional students who not only excelled in their studies but also contributed immensely to the vibrant spirit of St. Catherine High School. Their achievements have shaped our school's identity and inspired everyone around them."


The valedictory service holds deep significance as a moment of reflection and gratitude. It honors the personal and academic growth of each graduate, highlighting their resilience and the lasting impressions they have made on their peers and educators. A poignant highlight of the event was the screening of class videos, capturing cherished memories and milestones from their time at St. Catherine High. Vice Principal Eroll Martin shared, "The class videos are a powerful reminder of the bonds and the experiences shared during their journey at St. Catherine High. It's heartwarming to see how far they've come and the impact they've had on our community."


As the valedictory service concluded, attention turned to the upcoming graduation exercise scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10 AM on the Junior Campus of St. Catherine High School. This event promises to be a joyous celebration of achievement, where families eagerly await the moment their children cross the stage to receive recognition for their academic accomplishments, sportsmanship, and contributions to the school community. Teachers and staff share in the pride of witnessing their students' growth and success throughout their educational journey.

"This year's graduating class embodies the spirit and values of St. Catherine," Mr. Kristoff St-John, acting sixth form coordinator commented. "Their dedication to excellence, their leadership in extracurricular activities, and their compassion for others have left an indelible mark on our school. As they prepare to embark on new adventures beyond our halls, we are confident they will continue to make a positive impact wherever they go."
